Coordinates patient care planning with other departments and centers. Collaborates with the Center Manager as issues arise. Ensures patient flow in the department is overseen. Creates Assignments for Staff. Reviews patient assessments for completeness. Participates in Performance Improvement activities are performed in a timely, and self-motivated manner. Monitors charges, billing, daily patient schedules and statistics Reports productivity and statistics as requested by the Clinic Manager. Orders supplies. Qualifications Required: Current CA Registered Nurse License Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification One (1) year of supervisory experience One (1) year of nursing experience Preferred: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) Bilingual in Spanish/English Previous Nurse Supervisor/Nurse Manager Experience Overview When it comes to quality, we're 5 Star!
