Our multidisciplinary physiotherapy clinic is looking for a dedicated Office Manager to lead our front office operations, support our clinical team, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in office management or administration (healthcare/rehab clinic experience is an asset)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of insurance billing (MVA, WSIB, Insurance portals)
  • Experience with scheduling software preferred (Jane App)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow
  • Manage administrative staff, including training, scheduling, and performance oversight
  • Coordinate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other practitioners to optimize clinic efficiency
  • Ensure accurate and timely insurance submissions and patient billing
  • Monitor clinic supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures
  • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
  • Support marketing and community outreach initiatives as needed
