We are a physician-owned startup medical aesthetics clinic located at 404 & Major Mackenzie, Markham. The clinic offers advanced laser and facial rejuvenation treatments, and is operated directly by a solo MD who is a full time physician and does injectables —this means you’ll have hands-on responsibility and real impact.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Background in management, HR, business admin, healthcare, or medical aesthetics (spa/clinic experience preferred)
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics, laser/facial treatments, or willingness to learn.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management; thrive in a busy, fast-growing clinic.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Social media and digital content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Employer willing to assist in immigration application if applicable.
• Candidates who already possess aesthetics skills and have their own clientele are preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your existing client base in a supportive, entrepreneurial setting.
• Energetic, dedicated, and eager to learn in a solo-practitioner clinic.

• Oversee daily clinic operations: scheduling, phone/email communication, supply orders, and client workflow.
• Provide attentive front-line customer service.
• Lead social media: create and post engaging reels/content to grow the clinic’s brand presence.
• Support marketing initiatives to help attract new clients.
• Administer administrative duties, inventory, and vendor management.
• Assist with recruitment and eventual staff training.
