This is a hands‑on sales role combining face‑to‑face clinic engagement, outbound patient sales development, corporate on‑site activations, and CRM‑driven pipeline management. The role also acts as the day‑to‑day lead for Patient Sales Co‑ordinators and outbound telephone‑based sales agents.  Key Responsibilities Patient Sales Leadership  Act as the day‑to‑day lead for Patient Sales Co‑ordinators and outbound telephone‑based sales agents. Guide and support teams on outbound follow‑up, and appointment conversion. Monitor performance against sales KPIs (response time, conversion rate, follow‑up effectiveness). Ensure consistent, disciplined use of the CRM system across the sales team. Clinic‑Based Patient Engagement & Sales Promote clinic services, health packages, and programmes in a consultative, patient‑focused manner. Support conversion of walk‑in, referred, and enquiry patients into booked appointments. Personally conduct outbound sales and follow‑up calls to convert leads and re‑engage existing patients. Corporate & Community Patient Acquisition Visit corporate offices and organisations to run on‑site promotional activations aimed at attracting employees to become HealthHub patients. Represent HealthHub Clinics professionally during corporate visits, events, and community outreach initiatives. Support lead capture, follow‑up, and conversion from corporate and external engagements using CRM. Work closely with internal teams to ensure corporate leads are followed through to booked clinic visits. CRM & Conversion Control (Essential) Use CRM daily to manage lead routing, follow‑up SLAs, pipeline accuracy, and sales reporting. Ensure accurate capture of patient and corporate leads, interactions, and outcomes. Track and report on lead‑to‑appointment conversion, outbound follow‑up effectiveness, and leakage gaps. Essential Requirements Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written). Hands‑on CRM experience is essential (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho or similar). Proven experience in healthcare sales or patient‑facing sales roles. Experience leading or acting as a senior point of reference for patient sales or inside sales teams. Confident conducting outbound sales calls and face‑to‑face sales conversations. Comfortable visiting corporate offices and external locations for promotional activities. Professional presence suitable for clinic and corporate environments.
