We are looking for a Clinic Quality Improvement Specialist to join our clinics! The Clinic Quality Improvement Specialist assists with the implementation of quality improvement initiatives under the guidelines of the QI Team and the Clinic Manager. Included is the responsibility for monitoring clinical processes and initiatives, to determine when processes need to be reevaluated and assist staff members to make changes for improvement. They maintain awareness of evidence-based medicine and best practice guidelines. They track and analyze trends and outcome reports then advises teams on areas for improvement plus provide education related to quality programs, processes, and procedures. In addition, they communicate with patients to recall them for appointments for vaccines, preventative care visits, and tests in relation to standing orders and clinical measures. Plus, other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree in a health-related field plus one year experience in an ambulatory clinical area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
