Position: Higher Health Acupuncture & Massage Therapy Front Desk/ Sales & Customer Service Associate
Location: Higher Health Acupuncture & Massage Therapy Clinic - 7901 King Street
Hours: Full-Time (30 hours/ week), must be able to work evenings and weekends

Reports to: Clinic Manager
Rate of Pay: $19.00/hr
Higher Health Clinic is looking for a vibrant, intelligent individual who is a quick thinker and passionate about sharing the benefits of Acupuncture & Massage Therapy with our clientele. The front desk position requires someone who is able to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities and situations concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding sales and customer service ' greeting customers, answering questions, recommending treatments, troubleshooting, in person, or via phone or email.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area through regular tasks and chores, clinic is to kept straightened and stocked at all times, clinic clean & organized.
  • Check in Clients; rings up retail purchases, Check out of clients, packages and gift certificates.
  • Uphold strong communications with Higher Health management, instructors and with other Higher Health staff members; all communications are expected to be professional in tone.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and take initiative
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize.
  • Willing to work in varying shifts and extended clinic hours
  • Works effectively within a team as well as independently
  • Familiar with Higher Health clinic and key offerings
  • Knowledge of wellness industry and Online software
