We are currently seeking a Clinic Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key part in creating a warm, professional, and organized clinic experience. The Clinic Receptionist supports both clients and staff by managing front-desk operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic flow.

EDUCATION

• Minimum: High School Diploma.
• Preferred: Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, or Public Health.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare administration, clinic reception, or related roles.
• Experience in mental health or community health settings strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with psychedelic-assisted therapy or related healthcare practices is an asset.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in EMR systems and office software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support facility operations.
• Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented.
