Clinic Receptionist & Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and results-driven Clinic Receptionist & Telemarketing Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent front-desk service while also supporting the clinic’s telemarketing and patient follow-up activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
