Description

WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (3 days/week 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM evening shift)
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Off on Sundays and Public Holidays
6 off days per month

JOB DESCRIPTION

Register patients and handle front-desk reception duties
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Handle payments and simple administrative tasks
Use clinic software for record-keeping and billing
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinicEnsure adequate stock of medicine, stationery, and clinical supplies
