Responsibilities
  • Reception duties - welcoming clients, answering phones, responding to emails, processing payments, scheduling appointments using practice management software and answering enquiries
  • General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, typing letters, mail
  • Coordinating schedules across multiple practitioners and locations
  • Assisting the Clinical Operations Manager in daily administrative tasks
  • Overseeing inventory, clinic operations, and financial transactions
