ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • South Australian Certificate of Education (or equivalent), or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated previous experience in a reception or administrative position involving the provision of high-quality customer service
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience in using all programs in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Clinic Operations Coordinator, you will provide frontline reception and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of clinic operations. You will manage client bookings, greet and direct patients, and assist students and supervising clinicians in delivering allied health services, all while ensuring a welcoming and professional client experience.
