Hey Baby 4D in Enfield is a private pregnancy ultrasound clinic specialising in non-diagnostic pregnancy scans. We are part of the Hey Baby 4D franchise network which operates nationwide. Our brand new, boutique clinic is based on Green Lanes in Winchmore Hill, North London. The clinic is easily accessible via public transport and by road with plenty of free parking.
We are looking for an exceptional part time Clinic Receptionist to join our team. The clinic is currently open on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday – being able to work one of the weekend days is essential. The role will require someone who has excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, is extremely organised, proficient at using a computer and most importantly someone who enjoys working with people. As we are a new clinic, we will be offering growth opportunities for the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

In order to be considered for this position, you must have a customer service background and have exceptional administrative skills. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong patient-centred approach.
Due to the nature of this role, a full enhanced DBS check will need to be performed prior to the commencement of employment. Mandatory training will also need to be completed within an allocated timeframe.
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Greeting and checking in clients in line with company policy.
  • Ensure clients are treated with respect and empathy, receiving a fun/friendly service
  • Answering calls/emails, booking in patients - with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Opening and closing the clinic, stock checks and inventory management.
  • Taking payments - in person and over the phone. Upsell additional products/services.
  • Printing reports and scan images. Sending digital files electronically.
  • Acting as a Chaperone as and when needed.
  • Assisting with cleaning and general upkeep on the clinic and equipment.
  • Taking customer feedback and relaying this to Management.
  • Posting updates on Social Media channels.
  • Assisting the Directors/Clinic Manager as needed with compliance tasks.
  • Report any suspected safeguarding issues, following the safeguarding procedure.
