The RoleAs the first point of contact for every client, our Clinic Concierge / Receptionist is the heartbeat of our clinic — ensuring a seamless, warm, and professional experience from booking to post-treatment follow-up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a premium, client-focused environment and wants to grow with a modern, clean, sophisticated, fast-scaling brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. * Manage bookings, calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries efficiently. * Support the clinical team with daily operations and smooth client flow. * Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area that reflects our brand. * Provide information on treatments, promotions, and memberships. * Handle client feedback with discretion and proactive problem-solving. * Support marketing events and client experience initiatives.
