We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a medical or dental office is preferred but not mandatory.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; experience in a medical or dental office is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with administrative tasks is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with clients and staff.
  • Familiarity with Jane App is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
