Responsibilities
Deliver prompt and high-quality service to patients with professionalism, empathy, and care.
Offer financial guidance, including estimated costs, pre-surgery consultation, and financial aid options, to patients or their family members. This includes scheduling surgery dates and coordinating necessary follow-ups.
Support the Executive/Manager in go-live preparations by updating work instructions, participating in User Acceptance Testing, and sharing knowledge with the team.
Safeguard patient information and uphold confidentiality at all times.
Ensure the efficient, timely, and well-organized scheduling of various medical procedures.
Reach out to patients a day before surgery to confirm admission times and reinforce fasting guidelines.
Provide general administrative support, including handling phone and email inquiries.
