We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our medical office as a Medical Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian and English and possess excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact for patients, the medical receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
  • Verify patient information and insurance details accurately.
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow and efficient operations.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • working in health and wellness: 1 year (Preferred)
