The Clinic Receptionist greets patients and assistants with the completion of registration forms, verifies insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, accurately enters and updates patient information electronically as needed, receives and directs clinic telephone calls, and maintains the overall flow of patients throughout the clinic. *** Temporary position eligible for benefits*** *** Eligible for conversion into a permanent position*** Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) One (1) month experience in a receptionist or administrative support capacity Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Preferred Qualifications: Previous front office medical reception experience Bilingual in Spanish Knowledge of medical terminology Overview Community Memorial Health System was established in 2005 when Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura merged with Ojai Valley Community Hospital.
