QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a medical clinic, wellness centre, spa, or aesthetic environment preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, or front-of-house operations.
• Knowledge of medical or wellness treatments is desirable but not essential (full training provided).
• GCSEs or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration, sales, or customer service are advantageous.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly professional, customer-focused, and sales-driven Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and patients. This role combines exceptional customer service with proactive sales responsibilities, ensuring every client receives a premium experience while also promoting our treatments, services, and packages.
As the face of our clinic, you will manage the reception area, welcome clients, handle bookings, and assist the sales team in achieving monthly revenue targets.
