About the Role Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care. As the supervisor, the incumbent will be accountable for managing the nursing and healthcare assistant staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered work environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day clinic operations from administration to manpower arrangement Support the clinic operations, including blood-taking, dispensing, ECG, treadmill, etc. Work on procurement and maintain good level of clinic equipment and medical consumable goods Provide guidance, training and support for all clinic staff within the clinic Supervise and ensure all clinic staff are clinically competent to deliver clinical duties and monitor their performance Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records & documents Providing excellent customer service to patients Performing other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic Manager Minimum Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of solid In-Charge experience in out-patient clinics Experience in check-up services is a plus License of health care assistant is a must Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including outlook, words and excel Fluent in Cantonese with good English skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus Immediate available is highly preferred Must be able to do blood taking, ECG and report abnormal vital signs Valid BLS certificate Others: You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
