Supports the clinic manager with the execution of administrative duties and performs clerical and supervisory duties in support of front office and patient care services in the Clinic. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Two (2) years previous supervisory experience High School Diploma or equivalent Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of medical codes (ICD10 and CPT) Preferred: Associates Degree Knowledge of and experience with CHDP, State Funded Programs, HMO and Medi-Cal Insurance Knowledge of CQM/CQS/P4P/HCC/MIPS Incentive programs Familiarity with Epic EHR Overview Nationally Recognized.
