What you’ll be doing Supports all functions in assigned clinic location. Responsible for providing exceptional patient care and overall efficiency and flow of clinic. Collaborate with leadership team effectively.  Starting pay is $50k-55k/annually. A day in your life might include… * Following company-wide processes and operations to maintain brand consistency. * Supporting healthy clinic operations by assisting doctors during clinic times, performing front desk duties, and completing optical tasks. * Merchandising frame boards  to brand standards. * Coordinating orders of medical supplies, eye drops used during patient visits, and sample prescription drops. * Supporting accounts receivable processes including reviewing statements once a month and working through patient aging reports. * Performing other administrative duties including but not limited to reconciling monthly statements with invoices, ordering office supplies, and cleaning the office. * Approving time off requests and create team member schedules. * Completing and documenting routine 1:1 meetings with team members. * Coaching and developing team members, including composing and delivering annual reviews. * Collaborating with HR and executive practice leadership teams in hiring process for open positions. * Championing Southwest Eye Care’s mission, vision, and core values. What we need from you.. * High School Diploma. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Detail-oriented. * 1-year leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred. * Three years related optical experience or customer service experience preferred. * ABO, NCLE, CPO, CPOA, COA certification preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities: Leads 1-5 employees. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
