If so, check us out!*** The Treatment Coordinator serves as the liaison between various providers involved in ABA services. The Treatment Coordinator works under the direction of the Clinical Staff and in collaboration with the direct care staff and their families to help deliver the most effective treatment available. This position will require some evening available. Job duties: Conduct observations based on the child's individual needs and treatment plan Assisting in creating and submitting treatment plans Collect various forms of behavioral data Train staff on techniques and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis or other therapeutic interventions Provide child-specific training to direct care staff in the clinics Assist in training new direct care workers Maintain current and ongoing documentation Provide direct instruction to children Fill in for direct care staff Assists in maintaining appearance of the FBS office. Assists in center-based services, by fill-ins, trainings, program development Updates/ Upkeep of client documentation (Releases, IEP, DX Report, updated insurance, etc.) Other tasks assigned by Director of Clinic operations, Clinical Director, Site Coordinator or Lead BCBA Responds to all emails and teams messages within a 24 hour window Use FBS email to communicate Coordinate with FBS via Teams Ensures Cleanliness through the center Promotes FBS Values while in clinic and out of clinic Schedule: Monday: 8:15-3:45 (eventual work from home) Tuesday: 8:15-4:45 Wednesday: 10:00-6:00 Thursday: 11:00-7:15 Friday: 8:15-3:45 WFH time to begin when training is complete Attending additional meetings as needed Requirements Flexibility to support clinic needs Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Bachelor's level courses Reliable Transportation RBT or willingness to get certified within 90 days Completed BCI
