This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing a large, complex client relationship, delivering exceptional client experiences by aligning business strategies with client objectives by focusing on strategic and large market/strategic accounts. What Will You Be Doing: Client Support and Issue Resolution Develop and maintain client relationships. Understand client objectives and performance indicators. Recommend changes to achieve objectives and resolve client issues and escalate as needed. Data Analysis Measure and monitor account metrics. Analyze client data to make effective recommendations. Conduct clinical analysis and provide input to customized evaluations. Client Reporting Deliver external presentations to clients. Represent the Clinical division during client calls and meetings. Collaboration Facilitate communication with clinical staff and internal/external customers. Work collaboratively with internal and external teams. Develop strong relationships with assigned groups, agents, consultants, and brokers. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing Ability to obtain a RN license in the state of New York or currently hold one. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present to clients and executives in a confident manner. Superior client service attitude coupled with excessive energy and enthusiasm. Well-developed project management skills.
