Job Title: Clinical Admin Job Code: NT3 Position Type: Full Time Work Hours 9:00AM - 5:30PM EST Work Days: Monday - Friday Salary: $5 - $6 - depending on experience Key Skills and Responsibilities Prior authorizations Must already have real, hands-on experience doing prior authorization Should understand the concept and flow, even if platforms differ Able to decide correctly: where to send, how to submit, what type of request to choose, without constant hand-holding Credentialing & Billing Oversight Experience with credentialing workflows Able to oversee or support the billing department, not just pass things along Comfortable coordinating with billing, payers, and other providers Insurance and Clinical Admin Calling insurance companies to confirm coverage, authorizations, etc. Supporting psychological testing processes (authorizations, documentation, follow up) Understanding how clinic operations tie together on the backend Scheduling and Coordination Can assist with appointments, follow ups, and coordination with other providers Communicates with patients professionally and clearly (patients already noticed the change from Allen) At least 1 year of clinic-based admin experience (ideally medical or mental health) Comfortable navigating different EHRs / platforms but understands that the underlying workflow is the same Someone who has done this type of admin work before, not just generic office work or basic VA task Fast learner in a fast-paced environment Proactive and takes initiative Strong critical thinking Independent & Reliable EHR / Billing: Tebra (preferred), AdvancedMD Basic requirements Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly Must have relevant work experience Be able to submit an NBI clearance or Local Police Clearance background check if requested Must be available for video meetings with your camera on Must have no other clients during required work hours Technical requirements Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
