Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Administrative Assistant to join Ethos Health Group. The ideal candidate will have prior medical office experience, strong medical records knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced computer skills. This role is essential in ensuring efficient office operations, accurate documentation, and excellent patient support. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain patient medical records with accuracy and confidentiality * Scan, upload, organize, and verify clinical documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) systems * Assist providers and clinical staff with administrative support tasks * Coordinate incoming and outgoing medical records requests * Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and HIPAA standards * Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with patient communication professionally and efficiently * Schedule appointments and assist with patient intake as needed * Perform data entry and auditing tasks with a high level of accuracy * Support daily office operations and assist other departments when necessary Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of medical office or healthcare administrative experience required * Experience handling medical records and EMR systems required * Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards * Excellent computer skills * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic Preferred Qualifications * Experience in a multi-provider medical practice * Prior experience with medical scheduling or referrals Skills & Abilities * High level of accuracy and accountability * Strong problem-solving and time management skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Benefits * Health, dental, and vision benefits * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for growth and advancement Work Location * In-office position Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday  8:00am-5:30pm
