This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Applicants must reside within a commutable distance to Maryland Heights, MO as travel to the office is occasionally required based on business needs.
Schedule: This is for a full-time (40 hours/week). Schedule is Monday through Friday any 8-hour or 10- hour shift to be determined by the hiring manager between the hours of 7am to 6pm Central Standard Time.
Location: Hybrid is in the state of Missouri – Most live within 50 miles of the Maryland Heights, MO Office

This position follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience working in a professional office environment
  • 1+ years of data entry experience
  • Intermediate level of experience using a computer and Microsoft Office (Word (create/edit documents, insert tables), Excel (filter, sort), and Outlook (send email, create/edit meeting invitations))
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Must live within the state of Missouri
  • Reside in the state of Missouri within 50 miles of Maryland Heights, MO office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Healthcare experience
  • Medicaid experience
  • Medical terminology experience

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
