Description:
Serene View Ranch, in partnership with True North Psychological Services,is hiring a Client Care Specialist for our Stratford, PEI office.
Serene View Ranch provides high quality mental health services to the members of our community. We currently offers services in Psychology, Psychotherapy, and other evidence-based therapies.
Through decades of combined experience our team of psychologists and therapists believe in providing mental health services that treat and address underlying issues over the long term, rather than offering a quick and temporary fix. Experience:
- Medical office: 1 year (required
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a collaborative leadership style and lead the implementation of effective administrative processes and practices
- Provide leadership for all day-to-day operations
- Act as a liaison between clinical/support staff, other clinics and the management team
- Help with implementing and managing projects within the clinic
- Oversee the processing of all billings, including federal and private insurance, providing supporting documents to payroll, and ordering of necessary supplies
- Ensure collection of fees directly from clients is handled appropriately, including verifying relevant coverage, and following through on any missed payments or billing issues
- Maintaining confidentiality, professional ethics, and client relations in accordance with clinic, provincial and federal standards and guidelines

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
