About the role

We're a fast growing Australian health-tech company building tools that support Allied Health clinics, and we're looking for 2–3 experienced Physiotherapists to join us in a flexible, part-time consulting capacity.

In this role, you'll apply your clinical expertise by responding to structured clinical questions we share with you. Your input will directly shape how we support physiotherapists and their patients across Australia. No patient contact, no admin, no clinic hours - just your clinical knowledge, on your schedule.

What you'll do

• Review and answer clinical questions we provide, drawing on your professional experience and current evidence-based practice
• Provide clear, well-reasoned clinical opinions and recommendations
• Occasionally review and give feedback on clinical content prepared by our team
• Collaborate asynchronously - work whenever suits you (evenings and weekends are perfectly fine; this role is designed to fit around your clinical caseload)

What we're looking for

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with current registration
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience (musculoskeletal/private practice experience highly regarded)
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practice
• Clear written communication - you can explain clinical reasoning concisely
• Reliable and self-directed; comfortable working independently to deadlines
