Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Clinical AI Lead (all genders) to join our innovative team, where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the Data Sciences department with the Development and Medical Units within R&D. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Global Project Heads and Clinical Leads to craft and execute cutting-edge Data and Digital initiatives that tackle significant development challenges. You will be responsible for translating the strategic priorities of our clinical pipeline into actionable data science solutions, contributing to a comprehensive Development Unit Data and Digital strategy. Your expertise in data science, combined with excellent communication skills, will enable you to present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. You will identify quick wins and long-term opportunities, enhancing clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. As a leader, you will guide the execution of data-driven projects, ensuring they align with clinical objectives and regulatory requirements. Your role will also involve fostering strong relationships across teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
