Description
Pre-Sales Expertise & Strategy: Act as the subject-matter expert for Dragon Copilot in pre-sales engagements. Support account teams with customer calls, demos, and deal strategy using product expertise and solution best practices to win new deployments. Implementation & Deployment Guidance: The specialist collaborates early (even during sales cycles) with Customer Success and services teams to plan deployments, assist with configuration/training strategy, and drive a smooth go-live of Dragon Copilot in the customer's environment. Field Collabration & Feedback Loop: Continuously enable the field teams and inform the business. The specialist provides regular updates to sales and account teams on new Dragon Copilot features, product roadmap developments, integration capabilities, and best practices (often via training sessions or “weekly enablement” meetings). At the same time, they act as the voice of the customer - capturing frontline feedback and competitive insights from engagements - and promptly share these with product engineering and marketing to influence feature roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. Embody our Culture and Values Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR 3+ years technology-related sales or account management experience. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of working with healthcare systems with a proven ability to collaborate with executives at different levels. 4+ years of experience with EMR platforms and provider/patient workflows.
Responsibilities
