Clinical Analyst - Clinical Informatics Team
Location: London, Corporate Head Office, 2 Cavendish Square, Oxford Circus (Hybrid: office & home working)
Permanent | 37.5 hours Monday - Friday flexible start and finish times
Salary: £31,000 – £36,000 (depending on skills & experience)

We’re now looking for a Clinical Analyst to join our Clinical Informatics Team a role where your expertise will directly shape innovation in patient care.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

This is a pivotal position, acting as the bridge between clinicians, data analytics, and IT. You’ll combine clinical knowledge, advanced statistical and programming skills, and creative problem-solving to deliver data-driven insights that improve patient outcomes.
You’ll be joining a supportive, engaged team that values collaboration, with regular team huddles to share knowledge, best practice, training and new techniques. Whilst collaboration is central, you’ll also have the freedom to pursue independent research, with opportunities to spot trends, shape innovation, and even publish work or present at conferences, with full support from HCA UK.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality clinical and management reports, providing relevant and timely insights.
  • Develop, validate, and manage data feeds, flows, and cleaning processes to ensure integrity and accuracy.
  • Build and refine analytical tools, supporting their transition into robust long-term solutions.
  • Guide and support team members’ professional development, including code reviews.
  • Partner closely with ITG data engineering and clinical leaders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Undertake ad-hoc analysis and bespoke database development.
  • Help define future projects and the direction of the Clinical Informatics Team.
