Collaborate across teams - AI researchers, clinical scientists, and software engineers to ensure smooth model integration, reproducibility, and performance tracking. Requirements MSc, PhD, PharmD, RN or equivalent background in a clinical, biomedical, pharmacy, epidemiology or life sciences field. Previous experience working on data-driven clinical projects and working with analytical tools. Familiarity with clinical trial design, endpoints, inclusion/exclusion criteria, clinical vocabularies, and interpretation of results. Familiarity with statistical concepts and clinical outcomes analysis. Ability to interpret clinical concepts and translate them into structured data. Comfortable working in technical environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn new tools and technologies. Nice-to-Have Qualities Experience with real-world clinical data (EHR, claims, or registry datasets). Basic knowledge of data querying or scripting (SQL, Python, or R). Prior experience in pharma, biotech, CRO, or academic clinical research settings.
