Job Title Clinical and Education Manager – Philips Oral Health Care Job Description Your role: As the Clinical & Education Manager within the Global Health Care team, you will play a vital role in building and growing advocacy for our Philips Sonicare (power toothbrush & interdental solutions) and Philips ZOOM! (whitening solutions) brands by strengthening our credibility and trusted reputation across all touchpoints. You will design and deliver high-quality clinical training and education programs that elevate the expertise of regional teams and healthcare professionals worldwide, empowering them to become passionate advocates for our brand, ensure clinical content resonates effectively and you will support the infrastructure of KOL programs and oversee compliance training aligned with transparency regulations. You are a strategic thinker who also confidently takes hands-on responsibility for execution Your key areas of responsibility: Education & Training • Lead and execute continuous education (CE) programs for dental professionals and students. • Develop and deliver comprehensive clinical & technical training programs for regional Key Opinion Leader and Professional Education Managers (train the trainer) to enhance clinical knowledge and product expertise. • Develop and deliver training programs to improve overall competence of the Regional Field teams, including onboarding programs. Claim Management • Enabling Marketing Managers to develop their claim strategy and validation plans. • Manage the internal claim library and support regional claim translation in collaboration with our legal department. • Ensure publication of clinical studies in relevant dental journals and abstract creation. • Drive activation of clinicals (abstracts & publications) through toolkits and PR programs. Key Opinion Leader Program Support • Develop compliance-focused training and playbooks aligned with transparency regulations. • Collaborate with Health Systems Clinical Partnership Department and the Digital Product Manager to co-create and implement digital solutions for KOL Management, Education and Payment systems. Events & Symposia Support • Assist in organizing international KOL symposia & round tables and Global events. Experience you bring: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in clinical education, preferably within the oral health, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries (must). Strong understanding of clinical content development and product claims management and excellent regional activation (must) Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs for diverse audiences including KOLs, field teams, and healthcare professionals. Experience using AI-driven platforms or tools (e.g., adaptive learning systems) is a strong plus. You thrive within complex, matrix organizations and stakeholder environments (must) Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills is a strong plus. Fluent in English (required) University degree in a relevant field such as Dentistry or equivalent experience in clinical marketing/education, medical affairs, or a related area.
