CLINICAL AND QUALITY ADVISOR

  • Provide expert advice and practical support to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred clinical care
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, compliance and clinical safety while supporting management teams.
  • Supporting organisational preparedness and engagement with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, compliance with regulatory requirements and effective implementation of initiatives that enhance resident and client outcomes

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Clinical and Quality Advisor plays a critical role in supporting our Executive Leadership and Management teams. Reporting directly to the Chief of Operations (COO), this position requires a strong focus on compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
In this role, you will provide expert advice and practical support on quality and compliance matters, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
