About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Application Specialist with a strong background in IT and clinical training to join our Customer Operations department. In this role, you will focus on helping healthcare customers optimize the use of Sectra applications, providing comprehensive training and go-live support. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in clinical imaging (MRI, CT, Cardiology and Breast Imaging) and a strong ability to engage with customers and mentor peers. You’ll be at the heart of transforming how healthcare professionals interact with technology, enabling them to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
5+ years’ experience as an imaging technologist (CT, MRI, Cardiology, Breast Imaging)
Prior experience leading or managing a team in a clinical setting
In-depth knowledge of PACS systems and healthcare interoperability standards
Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving high-quality results
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A passion for teaching and mentoring, with a proven track record of explaining complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience as a SuperUser or PACS Administrator
Knowledge of Sectra PACS and add-on functionality (e.g., Volume Visualization, Teaching files)
Experience with multiple imaging modalities, including Radiology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Mammography, and Pathology
CIIP certification or similar credentials
Proven project management experience
