As a Clinical Application Specialist Ultrasound you´ll provide trust and build customer loyalty, and provide clinical customer support. Additional responsibilities include support of sales and marketing efforts through clinical presentations, product demonstrations. Location: Cataluña, Balearic Islands and Aragón with primary scope in Cataluña area and punctually supporting other team mates in other Iberia regions. In this role you will report directly to Zone Business Leader Ultrasound Iberia. You are responsible for Supporting Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for Ultrasound products and solutions. Supporting and executing Sales through Product demonstrations show case the benefits of Philips Ultrasound solutions to final users or customers. Supporting and advising the sales force and other members of Clinical Application Team during customer acquisition also tenders. Providing clinical and technical expertise to customers, users and other members of the Clinical Application Team by training them in order to optimize the usage of our products. Assisting customers and sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs. Developing and executing winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share. Supporting new products launches. Training (re-training) customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage. Seminars and workshop preparation and presential support. Product presentations to customers through company materials. Working with the sales team to achieve its sales objectives in the assigned geographical area contributing to the total Iberia results. Reporting of customer feedback according to quality policy. Conducting regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality and usage of the solution. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with previous experience with ultrasound equipment. Experience in prior sales position or interest in developing into a Sales position will be valued. Strong knowledge of several ultrasound clinical environments Strong knowledge of healthcare institutions organizations and its stakeholders across the primary scope geography. Fluency in Spanish and communicative level of English is a must. Catalan will be valued. Excellent communication / interpersonal skills as well as organization and time management skills. Proactivity in defining winning strategies will be valued. Excellent customer oriented and teamwork skills Tender strategy and presentation knowledge and offering experience will be valued Willingness and ability to travel (80% of the time), mainly across the area of the position scope Proficient with computers and office tools. Quoting tools usage experience will be valued. Driving license. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
