Job Title Clinical Applications Specialist, ACI Job Description Clinical Application Specialist 60 The Clinical Application Specialist supports healthcare customers by configuring and optimizing Philips clinical applications to fit real-world clinical workflows, ensuring successful product implementation, strong user adoption, and improved patient care outcomes. In this role you will be part of the Philips Acute Care Informatics (Legacy Capsule) business. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the territory CA, TX, CO, WA, AZ, NV, ID, OR. Your role: Configure and adapt Philips clinical applications to meet customer-specific clinical workflows and operational requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance in healthcare environments. Deliver engaging training sessions, user education, and ongoing support for clinical end-users to drive adoption and maximize the value of Philips solutions. Partner with clinical teams, healthcare leaders, and internal stakeholders to assess workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and patient care. Support post-sales implementation activities including documentation, reporting, and adherence to regulatory standards and internal quality protocols. Build trusted relationships with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders while continuously gathering feedback to improve application performance and user experience. You're the right fit if: 3+ years of experience in a direct nursing role and an Active RN License required You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Clinical Applications, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, or a related healthcare technology role. Your skills include clinical workflow analysis, technical product expertise, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance awareness, and user training and support; bonus skills include sales presentations, data analysis and interpretation, competitor analysis, and business acumen. You’re a strong communicator and collaborator who can translate technical solutions into practical clinical value, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and guide customers through successful technology adoption. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $162,500 to $173,000, annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
