We are seeking an ARRT certified Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) with expertise in X-Ray (XR) to deliver exceptional clinical training and education to end-users on the Nanox.ARC 3D Digital Tomosynthesis imaging system. This role is integral to enhancing the customer’s experience by providing both pre-sale and post-installation support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of radiographic imaging, contribute to clinical feedback loops, and help shape training content, including positioning guides and protocol optimization. Responsibilities · Serve as a subject matter expert in general radiography and a technical liaison to internal sales and clinical teams. · Deliver high-quality, hands-on training and clinical support for radiologic technologists and clinical staff on 3d Digital Tomosynthesis imaging systems and protocols. · Develop, maintain, and disseminate positioning guides, application manual, image quality manual, and workflow optimization materials. · Collaborate with customers to assess training needs and customize education plans to ensure confident system use and clinical efficiency. · Partner with internal teams to integrate user feedback into product development and clinical education strategy. · Support new product assimilation and updates through training, documentation, and site visits. · Troubleshoot user challenges during training sessions and escalate technical issues as needed. · Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and identify opportunities for protocol standardization and education improvement. · Track and report training effectiveness and customer satisfaction metrics. · Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards during all training engagements. Requirements · ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required. · Associate’s degree in radiologic technology or related field. · Minimum 3 years of clinical radiography experience, preferably with prior training or applications support. · Strong knowledge of X-Ray imaging systems, radiographic positioning, and diagnostic workflows. · Experience in clinical applications or as a modality educator within a medical imaging company. · Familiarity with digital imaging systems (DR/CR), PACS/RIS, and X-Ray safety regulations. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of presenting technical content to varied audiences. · Comfortable working independently and traveling up to 80% (4–5 days/week), including occasional weekends. · Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for travel within the U.S. Skills null
