Job Summary To Extend after sales support of clinical products, exhibit product expertise during customer support and clinical training. Provide applications production support by simulating a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities 1 Provide input into the preparation and consolidation of the department’s budget, monitor financial performance during the year and identify areas of unsatisfactory performance (if any), and recommend mitigating actions. Implement project management, initial setup & templates configuration, user training, and setting up numerous interfaces leading to Go-Live. Provide technical support to primarily the clinical staff (physicians, Nurses and Allied Health) in the use of the Clinical program. Train and assist with technology related initiatives for primarily the clinical team. Act as a liaison between the end user, Technology team and outside vendors. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Clinical system of choice. Job Responsibilities 2 Where applicable apply international quality and accreditation standards for testing and validation of clinical and allied health programs. Contribute to the development and execution of the department’s short to mid-term plans to ensure alignment with the division’s strategic priorities and contribute to the development of annual business plans for the assigned areas of responsibility to support the achievement of financial objectives. Monitor, control and report key performance indicators related to the department, to track performance and recommend corrective actions.
