Looking for an individual to assist with completion of observations/functional behaviour assessments, staff/parent training/coaching, program development and revisions, etc. . Candidates MUST have a background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
This is an independent contractor position and therefore the candidate will be able to choose their own schedule and work hours. Data review/graphing hours can be completed at home, the candidate is expected to be in the homes at least two days a week (hours can vary).
The candidate will be overseen by a BCBA/RBA
Location of work Ottawa area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a related field (e.g., ABA, Behaviour Science, Autism, etc. (ESSENTIAL)
• Masters degree (or in pursuit of) in ABA or related field (ESSENTIAL)
• Familiar with the principles of ABA (ESSENTIAL)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel (ESSENTIAL)
• Vulnerable Sector Check (ESSENTIAL)
• 1-2 years working in ABA setting (ESSENTIAL)
• 1-2 years working with individuals with dual diagnoses, autism, or other exceptionalities (PREFERRED)
• 1-2 years working with individuals in residential settings (PREFERRED)
• Valid driver’s license and access to operational vehicle (ESSENTIAL)
• Must be willing to get professional liability insurance if chosen candidate (ESSENTIAL)

  Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
