Description Nu Image Surgical and Implant Center is seeking a reliable and motivated Clinical Assistant to join our oral surgery team in Cary. This role supports the oral surgeon and clinical staff by assisting with patient care, maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment, and ensuring a positive patient experience throughout the surgical process. Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional travel to other Nu Image locations may be required based on operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures and patient care appointments Prepare treatment rooms and surgical instruments prior to procedures Ensure all equipment and materials are properly sterilized and organized Take and record patient vitals and assist with patient preparation for procedures Provide post operative instructions to patients as directed by the surgeon Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Follow infection control and sterilization protocols in accordance with practice policies and OSHA standards Support efficient patient flow and assist with room turnover between patients Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment Assist with inventory management and supply stocking as needed Travel to other practice locations when necessary to support clinical operations Qualifications: Previous dental or oral surgery assisting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to other practice locations when needed CPR certification preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift and move clinical supplies and equipment when necessary Manual dexterity to assist during surgical procedures About Nu Image Surgical and Implant Center: Nu Image Surgical and Implant Center is committed to providing high quality oral surgery and implant care in a safe, professional, and patient focused environment.
