• Coordinate and facilitate outpatient and inpatient appointments and arrangements.
• Provide translation and patient support services where required.
• Attend to patient enquiries via phone calls, emails, and digital communication channels.
• Support the Fertility Centre's 24-hour careline services.
• Monitor and follow up on patient enquiries and ongoing treatment cases.
• Facilitate patient visits and provide assistance or tours when needed.
• Provide information on available fertility treatments, services, disciplines, and packages.
• Assist in marketing activities, roadshows, events, and market research initiatives.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

• Qualification & RequirementsDiploma in any discipline; candidates with a healthcare-related qualification are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, patient services, hospitality, healthcare, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathetic, patient, and customer-centric personality.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok is a plus.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
