  • Greeting patients upon arrival, managing check-in procedures and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, ensuring optimal clinic flow and minimising waiting times
  • Answering telephone inquiries professionally and directing calls to appropriate staff members
  • Processing patient payments, managing invoices and maintaining financial records in accordance with clinic procedures
  • Assisting clinical staff with patient preparation, vital signs monitoring and general clinical support during consultations and procedures
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of reception and clinical areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Managing clinic supplies and equipment, ordering stock as required and maintaining inventory records
