As a privately owned, independent Hearing business we succeed on the service we provide to our clients and your contribution is vital to the client experience and ongoing relationship. The position will be at our clinic in Beecroft, ideally the successful applicant will be locally based.
This position is offered on a permanent basis, however we may consider part time for the right applicant. The successful applicant will possess a warm and welcoming disposition and work well within a small team. The position requires the highest standards of presentation, professionalism, and discretion.

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • have full membership of Audiology Australia
  • be an accredited Audiologist with an existing QP number
  • be well organised, results driven with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • be able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • have proven client service skills
  • be able to learn new systems, processes, and the nuances of our business

General responsibilities:

In this position, the successful applicant will be expected to:

  • Provide clinical services through the full client hearing lifecycle, including assessment, fitting, rehabilitation and counselling
  • Manage client relationships
  • Perform clinical administrative processes
  • be responsible for the clinical performance in clinic
  • Ensure compliance with all HSP, Workcover, DVA requirements and obligations

Essential experience:

  • Experience with paediatric clients (3 years+)
  • Detailed understanding of the Hearing Services Program and service provider obligations
  • Experience with a range of hearing aid manufacturers
  • Experience working in a privately owned Hearing business (desirable)
  • Knowledge of clinical software including NOAH (mandatory) and HearAid (desirable)
