KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✔ Support member Trusts in purchasing goods and services in a timely and compliant manner.
✔ Ensure adherence to governance arrangements , including Trust SFIs and procurement regulations.
✔ Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the buying process and procurement efficiencies .
Person Specification:Essential Criteria:
✔ Working knowledge of Purchase Order Process systems , particularly E-Fin/E-Proc .
✔ Experience in transactional procurement , delivering against KPIs and Standard Financial Instructions .
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills .
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
✔ Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
✔ Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative .
✔ Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset .
