ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (with no restrictions)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• QLD Driver’s Licence (unrestricted)
• National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable People Sector)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Full working rights in Australia

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our growing team in the Northern Rivers. Reporting directly to the General Manager, and working closely with a collaborative leadership team, you’ll oversee the clinical care of our valued clients and guide a team of Care Coordinators and Community Nurses.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse ready to step into a senior leadership role or for an established Clinical Manager looking for long-term stability in a people-first, locally owned business that values excellence and care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care aligned with Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards.
• Oversee clinical governance, including care plans, assessments, incident reporting, and audits.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to clinical and coordination staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Directors, General Manager, and Client Services Managers to achieve strategic goals.
• Maintain compliance and uphold the highest clinical standards in all aspects of care delivery.
• Champion our mission by supporting clients to live independently and pursue the things they love.
