About the Role: As a Clinical Manager at RSL LifeCare, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are delivered to our residents. About You: We are excited to hear from you if you have: Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with no restrictions. A minimum of 5 years of postgraduate clinical experience in aged care, healthcare, or a similar setting. Proven experience in clinical leadership and team management. Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance, and quality improvement processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and teams. Ability to prioritise and manage resources effectively to meet operational goals. A passion for delivering person-centred care and improving residents’ quality of life.
