As Clinical Care Practitioner, you will support the Nursing team in managing the day-to-day running of the care teams, ensuring the delivery of the highest level of person-centred care and support to residents and their families and friends.
You will be a highly experienced carer holding Level 3 H&SC, with a genuine passion for people and the desire to ensure that those we care for can live their best lives by being dedicated, thoughtful and reliable.
