Description The Clinical Care QA-Trainer is responsible for analyzing quality data, audit results, and performance metrics to identify gaps and reduce errors. This role works closely with managers to implement corrective and preventive actions, develop and implement quality assurance protocols, and document product or process quality issues. The QA-Trainer creates and maintains quality documentation, identifies trends and areas for improvement, and ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, the QA-Trainer trains and supports staff in quality assurance standards, implements and monitors quality improvement initiatives, and prepares quality reports for management review. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Analyze quality data, audit results, and performance metrics to identify gaps, reduce errors, and work with managers to implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and processes. Document and report product or process quality issues. Create and maintain quality documentation and records. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Train and support staff in quality assurance standards. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives. Prepare quality reports for management review. Perform other duties as necessary. Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and navigate new or complex software systems. Ability to work in and utilize multiple systems concurrently Collaboration & Teamwork – Able to work in collaborative team environment Education & Training Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred – equivalent work experience accepted Physical Demands & Working Conditions Work is performed at our Overland Park, KS office with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer. After 6 months, there is the potential of a hybrid working environment of up to 2 days per week from home. This is a full-time position working standard business hours Monday – Friday.
