The Clinical Case Coordinator (CCC) is a pivotal position in connecting our projects with our network of volunteer specialists to provide clinical advice to a given case. They allocate and follow up on clinical cases referred by project staff using the Telemedicine Case Management platform to the appropriate specialist(s) best able to respond to the question at hand. Using their experience and expertise, the CCC will ensure that all cases are not only allocated appropriately but with diligence regarding their completion and privacy adherence. The experiences of the CCC will be related to leadership to learn from and develop further capability based on their unique regional understandings. MSF Canada is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for the following: Allocating cases to volunteer specialists in a timely manner with adherence to case/speciality matching Ensuring privacy and clinical protocols are respected and improved as necessary Exercise diplomacy and high-level communication to engage projects in usage of Telemedicine services to increase TM penetration Providing project context and feedback to their dedicated channel to improve operations Provide coaching and support across the CCC team, particularly with junior CCCs The successful candidate will bring to MSF Canada: University degree in relevant medical or paramedical field Extensive evaluation and analytical skills A Commitment to MSF’s Principles Cross-cultural Awareness Results and Quality Orientation Teamwork and Cooperation Security Awareness and Management Management of online tools including Microsoft 365 Experience and knowledge of telemedicine systems implementation is an asset Fluency in English Fluency in French is highly desirable Fluency in Spanish or Arabic would be an asset Candidates must be legally authorized to work in country of residence, in a country where MSF is present; MSF Canada is not able to support work permit applications or relocate candidates.
